After completion of your DUI Online Course you will receive an automated email with congratulations on completing the course along with an attached Notary form .
METHOD ONE
If you live in a state where your completion of the course requires that it be notarized (such as Nevada) we are providing an affiliate Professional Online Notary Public for your convenience (cheapest online price). Our affiliate company will witness and notarize your required Course of Completion document via Skype or face-time. This will satisfy the Court requirements. The Notary Public will send YOU and CERTIFIED DRIVING CENTER a copy. Once we receive your notarized copy we will send YOU the Certificate of Completion via email and send a copy to the Court of Jurisdiction. We recommend you keep a copy for your records.
METHOD TWO
Alternative method, such as banks, or local organizations etc:
After notarization is complete take a picture or scan and email us a copy of the notarized document. We will send you the Certificate of Completion via email and send a copy to the Court of Jurisdiction.
